Team Building – The STEPS staff is engaged in quarterly team building activities to share best practices and strengthen the STEPS family. Our leadership team believes good education begins with a strong team foundation.
Professional Etiquette – The STEPS leadership team expects each contractor to be a leader with students, administrators and other school staff. We provide tips and best practices to stay on the leading edge of professionalism.
Personality Traits – We help our staff, administrators and teachers understand themselves and others, how to learn, and how t teach different personality styles by building stronger and mutually satisfying relationships and trust.
