Kim Stratman has worked as a professional leader for over 17 years, focused on operations management, business development, end to end training,  and leading teams to provide successful client relationships trough key management support and customer satisfaction

Kim is a visionary who believes in collaboration, mutual respect, and alignment not only with her team, but with her internal partners and external customers.  She is passionate about her work and sincerely dedicated in her professional relationships and work ethic.  She is a motivated leader who develops, mentors, and empowers employees to excel while ensuring business goals are met.

She holds a Bachelors of Science in Family Resources and Human Development, and a Masters in Business Administration.  She has worked with organizations of all sizes, from large fortune 25 companies to small startup businesses to help with internal operations, external customer support and overall business development.

Kim lives in Chandler, Arizona and, outside of business, she works with two nonprofit organizations, likes to spend time with her two children, hike, read and watch movies.
