James Beal is a certified Special Education Teacher, and he holds an Arizona Cross Categorical Special Education, K-12 Certificate.  He has worked as a Special Education Teacher resource room teacher and self-contained room teacher in public, private, and charter schools.  James has coached and consulted in public and private schools on classroom management and Positive Behavior Interventions Supports (PBIS).  His areas of specialization are in special education compliance, classroom management, crisis de-escalation, and school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention Supports.  James taught English in South Korea and served in the U.S. Navy.

He was graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Economics.  James likes to travel and hike.
